XRPepe MEMERz is an entertainment and community project. Any XRP or in-app benefits distributed through this app are promotional rewards or tournament prizes, not an investment product, security, or revenue-sharing arrangement.

Card holders may receive promotional rewards tied to card ownership as a loyalty incentive. Rewards are discretionary, may change or end at any time, and confer no ownership, equity, dividend, or profit-share in any entity.
Tournament winners may receive prizes for competitive play in Arena events. Prizes are awarded based on skill and participation, not on any expectation of profit from the efforts of others.

Participation may be restricted based on your region, age, and local law. Nothing on this site is financial, tax, or legal advice. You are responsible for complying with the rules in your jurisdiction. If you are unsure whether you can participate, do not connect a wallet or purchase a card.

How this works

Promotional rewards. Holding an XRPepe MEMERz card may make you eligible for promotional rewards tied to specific cards, sales, or campaigns. These are loyalty incentives distributed at the team's discretion. Eligibility, amounts, timing, and delivery method can change or be discontinued at any time.

Tournament prizes. Arena tournaments and matches may award prizes to winners based on gameplay outcomes, skill, and participation. Prize pools, entry rules, and payout schedules are announced per event.

No profit-sharing. Nothing on this site grants ownership, equity, dividends, revenue share, or any right to participate in the financial performance of any entity, token, or project.
